Khách hàng đăng ký tài khoản Mobile Office ID bằng số điện thoại hoặc email doanh nghiệp/cá nhân và phải chịu trách nhiệm hoàn toàn trước pháp luật về tính chính xác của thông tin đăng ký.

The Customer registers a Mobile Office ID account using a phone number or business/personal email and is fully responsible under the law for the accuracy of the registration information.

Khách hàng có trách nhiệm chủ động bảo mật thông tin tài khoản, mật khẩu và mã xác thực. Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm về các thất thoát dữ liệu phát sinh do sự vô tình hoặc cố ý làm lộ thông tin từ phía Khách hàng.

The Customer is responsible for proactively protecting account information, passwords, and authentication codes. We are not responsible for data loss arising from accidental or intentional disclosure of information by the Customer.

Khách hàng được cấp quyền truy cập và sử dụng các phân hệ tính năng được tích hợp trên Mobile Office bao gồm:

The Customer is granted access to and use of integrated Mobile Office feature modules, including:

• Phân hệ Giao tiếp & Vận hành: Tính năng trò chuyện trực tuyến, giao việc và theo dõi tiến độ, quản trị nhân sự nội bộ.
• Communication & Operations Module: Online chat, task assignment and progress tracking, and internal HR administration.
• Phân hệ Lịch họp (Tích hợp bên thứ ba): Hỗ trợ liên kết thiết lập phòng họp trực tuyến qua Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet.

  Giới hạn trách nhiệm: Mobile Office chỉ cung cấp giải pháp tích hợp kỹ thuật qua API. Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm về chất lượng đường truyền, bản quyền tài khoản hoặc các sự cố an ninh mạng phát sinh từ máy chủ của các nhà cung cấp bên thứ ba này.

• Meeting Calendar Module (Third-party Integration): Supports linking and setting up online meeting rooms via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.

  Limitation of Liability: Mobile Office only provides technical integration via APIs. We are not responsible for connection quality, account licensing, or cybersecurity incidents arising from servers of these third-party providers.

• Phân hệ Email (Tích hợp dịch vụ Mail): Hỗ trợ đồng bộ và quản lý luồng thư điện tử từ Gmail, Outlook và các loại dịch vụ Mail khác (IMAP/POP3).

  Giới hạn trách nhiệm: Chúng tôi không lưu trữ thông tin mật khẩu gốc của tài khoản email liên kết (sử dụng giao thức OAuth2 hoặc mã hóa). Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm nếu email bị chặn hoặc phân loại vào hòm thư rác bởi bộ lọc của Google, Microsoft hay các nhà cung cấp gốc khác.

• Email Module (Mail Service Integration): Supports synchronization and management of email flows from Gmail, Outlook, and other mail services (IMAP/POP3).

  Limitation of Liability: We do not store original passwords of linked email accounts, using OAuth2 or encryption instead. We are not responsible if emails are blocked or classified as spam by filters of Google, Microsoft, or other original providers.

Khách hàng không được phép sử dụng phần mềm Mobile Office để:

The Customer is not permitted to use Mobile Office software to:

• Phát tán mã độc, virus, thực hiện các cuộc tấn công từ chối dịch vụ gây gián đoạn hệ thống.
• Distribute malware or viruses, or conduct denial-of-service attacks that disrupt the system.
• Spam email, truyền tải dữ liệu hoặc gửi tin nhắn Chat có nội dung lừa đảo, quấy rối, khiêu dâm hoặc vi phạm thuần phong mỹ tục.
• Send spam emails, transmit data, or send chat messages containing fraudulent, harassing, pornographic, or culturally inappropriate content.
• Xâm phạm quyền riêng tư, bí mật kinh doanh hoặc quyền sở hữu trí tuệ của tổ chức, cá nhân khác.
• Infringe the privacy, trade secrets, or intellectual property rights of other organizations or individuals.
• Vi phạm bất kỳ quy định pháp luật hiện hành nào của nước Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam.
• Violate any applicable laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Hệ thống Mobile Office được miễn trừ mọi trách nhiệm thực hiện nghĩa vụ trong các trường hợp bất khả kháng nằm ngoài tầm kiểm soát hợp lý, bao gồm:

The Mobile Office system is exempt from liability for failure to perform obligations in force majeure events beyond reasonable control, including:

• Thiên tai, hỏa hoạn, dịch bệnh, chiến tranh gây đình trệ hoặc phá hủy trung tâm dữ liệu.
• Natural disasters, fires, epidemics, or wars that interrupt or destroy data centers.
• Sự cố mất điện diện rộng; sự cố đứt cáp quang biển, cáp viễn thông quốc gia gây tắc nghẽn hoặc ngừng kết nối Internet đến máy chủ nền tảng.
• Large-scale power outages; submarine fiber cable or national telecommunications cable incidents that congest or interrupt Internet connectivity to platform servers.
• Các cuộc tấn công mạng quy mô lớn từ tin tặc nằm ngoài khả năng phòng vệ kỹ thuật tiên tiến tối thiểu của hệ thống.
• Large-scale cyberattacks by hackers that exceed the system's minimum advanced technical defense capabilities.

Chúng tôi có quyền chỉnh sửa, bổ sung các điều khoản dịch vụ này tại bất kỳ thời điểm nào mà không cần thông báo trước. Các thay đổi có hiệu lực ngay khi đăng tải công khai trên ứng dụng/website. Việc Khách hàng tiếp tục sử dụng dịch vụ đồng nghĩa với việc chấp nhận các sửa đổi đó.

We reserve the right to amend or supplement these terms of service at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon public posting on the application/website. Continued use of the service by the Customer constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Chúng tôi có quyền tạm ngừng hoặc đình chỉ vĩnh viễn tài khoản của Khách hàng nếu phát hiện hành vi vi phạm mục đích sử dụng, có dấu hiệu tấn công hệ thống hoặc theo yêu cầu từ cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the Customer's account if misuse, signs of system attacks, or requests from competent state authorities are detected.

Để đảm bảo hệ thống vận hành mượt mà, Mobile Office thực hiện thu thập các nhóm dữ liệu sau:

To ensure smooth system operation, Mobile Office collects the following data groups:

• Thông tin do Khách hàng cung cấp: Tên doanh nghiệp/cá nhân, số điện thoại, email, thông tin hồ sơ nhân sự.
• Information provided by the Customer: Business/individual name, phone number, email, and personnel profile information.
• Thông tin khi sử dụng dịch vụ tích hợp: Mã token ủy quyền từ Google, Microsoft để thực hiện đồng bộ Email và Lịch họp (chúng tôi tuyệt đối không đọc hoặc sao lưu mật khẩu gốc).
• Information when using integrated services: Authorization tokens from Google and Microsoft to synchronize Email and Meeting Calendar services. We never read or store original passwords.
• Thông tin hệ thống: Địa chỉ IP, nhật ký hoạt động, loại thiết bị và thông tin vị trí đăng nhập nhằm mục đích bảo mật tài khoản.
• System information: IP address, activity logs, device type, and login location information for account security purposes.

Chúng tôi cam kết sử dụng dữ liệu thu thập được duy nhất cho các mục đích:

We commit to using collected data solely for the following purposes:

• Cấp quyền, xác thực danh tính và duy trì trạng thái hoạt động của các phân hệ Chat, Lịch họp, Công việc, Email, Nhân sự.
• Granting access, verifying identity, and maintaining the operating status of Chat, Meeting Calendar, Tasks, Email, and HR modules.
• Khắc phục sự cố kỹ thuật, đo lường hiệu suất vận hành để tối ưu hóa trải nghiệm người dùng.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and measuring operating performance to optimize user experience.
• Liên lạc, gửi thông báo trực tiếp trên ứng dụng hoặc qua email liên quan đến các cập nhật tính năng, cảnh báo bảo mật tài khoản khi phát hiện đăng nhập bất thường.
• Contacting and sending in-app or email notifications about feature updates and account security alerts when abnormal login activity is detected.

Cam kết: Mobile Office cam kết không bán, không chia sẻ hoặc thương mại hóa dữ liệu của Khách hàng cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào, trừ trường hợp có yêu cầu bằng văn bản từ cơ quan quản lý Nhà nước có thẩm quyền theo quy định của pháp luật.

Commitment: Mobile Office commits not to sell, share, or commercialize Customer data to any third party, except where required in writing by competent state authorities in accordance with the law.

• Mã hóa dữ liệu: Sử dụng các giao thức mã hóa để bảo mật toàn bộ dữ liệu tin nhắn Chat, nội dung Công việc và Email trong quá trình truyền tải và lưu trữ trên hệ thống.
• Data Encryption: Using encryption protocols to secure chat messages, task content, and email data during transmission and storage on the system.
• Tính năng bảo mật nâng cao: Cung cấp giải pháp xác minh hai bước để ngăn chặn hành vi xâm nhập tài khoản trái phép.
• Advanced Security Features: Providing two-step verification solutions to prevent unauthorized account access.
• Chúng tôi chịu trách nhiệm duy trì các biện pháp bảo vệ vật lý và kỹ thuật tại trung tâm dữ liệu nhằm bảo toàn tính nguyên vẹn dữ liệu của Khách hàng.
• We are responsible for maintaining physical and technical safeguards at data centers to preserve the integrity of Customer data.
